Easy Schewuan Vegetables
















Ingredients:
Cut Carrots-1 cup
Cut beans-1 cup
Boiled mushrooms-1/2 cup (boiled with salt)
Soy chunks-1/2 cup
Peas-1/4 cup
Cut onions-1/2 cup
Cut bell pepers(red/green/yellow)-1/2 cup each
Tomato Puree-2 teaspoons
Schewuan sauce
Salt
Pepper
Oil

Method:

1.Pour oil in a frying pan when hot and saute and the onions and bell pepers.When onion turns light brown,add the mushroom and rest of the vegetables.Add salt and peper allow to cook for 5 minutes.
2.Prepare puree paste in hot water as needed and add it to the vegetables.
3.Keep tossing the vegetables in the puree mixture and allow them to cook.
4.Garnish with the schewuan sauce
5.Serve hot with rice and raitaJ.
