Mambazha Pulisheri

Had a couple of ripe mangoes and thought should make this dish which happens to be my granddad's favorite. My recipe below, serves about 2 people(I must add gluttons we are).
Ingredients
Ripe Mangoes-2 of medium size
Turmeric Powder-1/2 teaspoon
Jeera- 2 spoons
Coconut-4 spoons
Green Chilly-1
Chilli Powder-1 teaspoon(You can also substitute it with pepper)
Yogurt-5 spoons
Water about 1 to 1 and half glass
Salt to taste
Mustard,Curry leaves,cooking oil for seasoning

1.Cut teh mangoes into small pieces.
2.Add the cut mangoes, salt, turmeric powder and chilling to pan with just enough water to just cover the mangoes.
3.Allow the above mixture to boil
4.Meanwhile grind the coconut, jeera and green chillies to a fine paste.
5.Once the mango mixture boils, add the ground coconut mixture to it.Allow it cook for about 4 minutes
6.Blend Yogurt, little salt and water in a mixer to bring it to a fine butter milk consistency
7.Add the yogurt mixture to the mixture in the pan and immediately off the gas.
8.Mix thoroughly and allow it cook in the heat of the mango mixture
9.Finally you can season it by frying some mustard and curry leaves in a little oil and adding it to the mixture.
It took just about 15 minutes to cook this and tasted soo yummy. Most of all it reminded of my granddad:-).
